The "Way of the Rain Cutter" is one of the esoteric secret techniques of the Guhua Sect.
Guhua Sword: Raincutter is Xingqiu's Elemental Burst.
Gameplay Notes[]
- Sword rain attacks have a 1-second cooldown.
- Rain Sword effects carry over from Xingqiu's Elemental Skill, Guhua Sword: Fatal Rainscreen. Increased resistance to interruption, damage reduction, and application of Wet status to enemies still apply.
- During this skill's duration, the maximum number of Rain Swords is maintained and the swords cannot be shattered or expire before the duration ends.
- Rainbow Bladework generally hits only one target at a time but may hit multiple targets if they are very close together.
- If the triggering Normal Attack hits multiple targets, Rainbow Bladework will aim at the closest or the first target hit.
- Rainbow Bladework's Sword Rain DMG does not snapshot and will be affected by changes in Xingqiu's stats after Guhua Sword: Raincutter is cast.

Hydropathic: "When a Rain Sword is shattered or when its duration expires, it regenerates the current character's HP based on 6% of Xingqiu's Max HP." (Also applies to Guhua Sword: Fatal Rainscreen.)

- Constellation Level 1, The Scent Remained: "Increases the maximum number of Rain Swords by 1." (Also applies to Guhua Sword: Fatal Rainscreen.)
- Constellation Level 2, Rainbow Upon the Azure Sky: "Extends the duration of Guhua Sword: Raincutter by 3s. Decreases the Hydro RES of opponents hit by sword rain attacks by 15% for 4s."
- Constellation Level 3, Weaver of Verses: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15.
- Constellation Level 4, Evilsoother: "Throughout the duration of Guhua Sword: Raincutter, the DMG dealt by Guhua Sword: Fatal Rainscreen is increased by 50%."
- Constellation Level 6, Hence, Call Them My Own Verses: "Activating 2 of Guhua Sword: Raincutter's sword rain attacks greatly enhances the third sword rain attack. On hit, the third sword rain attack also regenerates 3 Energy for Xingqiu."
- Before unlocking this constellation, sword rain alternates between firing 2 swords and 3 swords. After unlocking this constellation, the order is 2 swords → 3 swords → 5 swords.
- Without any Constellations, this skill at Talent Level 10 has a scaling of 97.7% per sword. If every sword hits, there are 37 instances of Rain Sword DMG, resulting in a total scaling of 3614.9%.
- At Constellation Lv. 6, this skill at Talent Level 13 has a scaling of 115% per sword. If every sword hits, there are 60 instances of Rain Sword DMG, resulting in a total scaling of 6900%.
- Before unlocking this constellation, sword rain alternates between firing 2 swords and 3 swords. After unlocking this constellation, the order is 2 swords → 3 swords → 5 swords.
