Gameplay Notes

• This Elemental Burst drains energy later than most others.
• Once an icicle deals DMG, it has a 0.5s cooldown before being able to deal DMG to the same target again.
  • It can deal DMG more than once per rotation if its hitbox remains in contact with an enemy for more than 0.5s.
• Glacial Waltz can hit ~15 times across the initial burst, icicle rotations and final icicle explosions.
• Icicle damage will snapshot Kaeya's stats on cast and will not be affected by changes in his stats that occur afterwards.

Constellation Effects

• Constellation Level 2, Never-Ending Performance: Glacial Waltz's duration is extended by 2.5 seconds for each enemy defeated during its duration, up to a maximum duration of 15 seconds at three enemies defeated.
• Constellation Level 5, Frostbiting Embrace: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15.
• Constellation Level 6, Glacial Whirlwind: "Glacial Waltz will generate 1 additional icicle, and will regenerate 15 Energy when cast."
