William "Bill" Fagerbakke (born October 4, 1957) is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian. He is known for providing the voice of Patrick Star on Nickelodeon's SpongeBob SquarePants franchise alongside Tom Kenny, who voices the titular character.

For DreamWorks, he performed the voice of Ted the Polar Bear in The Madagascar Penguins in a Christmas Caper and King Joey, Lazy Doug, Hans, Rat DJ, Leonard in All Hail King Julien.
