Chuck is a minor character initially planned to appear in Disney's 2001 direct-to-video film Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure, but his role was cut during production.
Background[]
Chuck would have been a member of the junkyard dogs. While he does appear in several storyboards, such as when Scamp gets chased by Reggie, his role was eventually cut from the film.
Not much is known about his personality; however, concept art suggests part of his design would have been inspired by a court jester, while also giving him a brown nose. Whether this would have been shown in his personality is yet unknown.
