The Clog, also called Mr. Clog by Jesse Faden and Ahti, is a paranatural entity that dwells in the Maintenance Sector of the Oldest House.
Background[]
The Clog often tries to grow around water pipes. If left unchecked, it can grow to fill large tunnels and cut off water flow to important parts of the Oldest House like the NSC Power Plant. Portions of its "body" spew a caustic substance either as waste or a defensive mechanism, but glowing nodules on it can be destroyed which causes it to retreat. Ahti normally keeps it contained, and treats it as if it is sentient and capable of exhibiting cunning behavior.
