GOLD COAST— Work on Chicago's first Halal Guys continues, but ownership now says they plan on opening in July, not June as first reported. The New York favorite is slated to serve customers at 49 W. Division St. [EaterWire]

LAKEVIEW— Looks like there's an expansion project from Crosby's Kitchen, as reportedly they're looking to build out of the neighboring space that once housed Wrigleyville Dental on Southport and Cornelia. It might have room for a wine bar. [Southport Corridor & News]
