Locksmith (じょうまえや, Jixyoumae) is a robot that remains in the former robotic city with few robots including Margo. He remains there to maintain the order that Braiking Boss once estabilished.

Physical Appearance
Locksmith is a tall, older looking robot who has been visably decayed by the Ruin. He wears formal garb in a trench coat and long hate which both show signs of rust. Due to the shadow from the hat, only a single eye can be seen most of the time, he also has a large grey goatee.
Personality
It can be assumed that Locksmith was a resident of the city in its former glory, he has a strict set of rules that he has derived from Braiking Boss' order and is quite violent as he punishes anyone who disobeys them, directly causing Margo's death.[1]
Casshern Sins
Locksmith's past is almost completley unknown but it can be inferred that he was a member of society during Braiking Boss' rule. Locksmith took an unofficial role as the new keeper of order after the Ruin in the city. He had a strict rule that all Robots must sit and waste peacefully for death, one Robot refused, Margo. Locksmith and his few men punished Margo by destroying his art and attacking him until Locksmith and his men were stopped and killed by Casshern, leaving the city in stillness.[1]
