Clarine Harp (born January 5, 1978 in Dallas, Texas) is an American voice actress and the Director of DVD, Blu-Ray, and video production at FUNimation Entertainment . She has provided numerous voices for Japanese anime films and television series including the role of Helene in Casshern Sins.
