Atlanta’s beloved pizzeria takes up one of its four outposts at The Battery, perfect for any outing. A recent recipient of the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2023, Antico delivers the best Neapolitan pizzas the city has to offer. The classic Margherita D.O.P is always a fan favorite; pair that with the Capricciosa, made with Italian ham, mushroom, artichoke, Bufala Mozzarella, garlic, and olive oil and you’ve got pizza perfection.

If you’re looking for somewhere outside of the hustle and bustle of the Battery, but want to stay nearby, step into Stoney River for an always-exceptional steakhouse experience. From the fluffy “puppy” rolls to the tender cuts of steak, accompaniment sauces and toppings, shareable sides, and exquisite martinis, you can’t go wrong at Stoney River. With an upscale cozy cabin vibe and comfortable lounge area, Stoney River is perfect for grabbing a quick bite at the bar or sitting down to a multi-coursed meal.

A modern steakhouse with New Orleans flair, C. Ellet’s sits in a prime location in The Battery, right next to the big screen on the lawn and the Truist Park Battery gate. Whether you’re indulging in a 35-day dry-aged Kansas City strip, slurping down oysters, or jazzing it up for jazz brunch on Saturday or Sunday, renowned chef Linton Hopkins is serving up the finest — including his famous original H&F burger. Pro tip: If you’re craving the burger, get it here. While they do have H&F stands in Truist Park, they aren’t served with the homemade pickles and ketchup that put the burger over the edge.

If you’re seeking a sandwich with freshly-made bread and Latin flavors, you’re in luck. Hector Santiago’s second El Super Pan location (first is in Ponce City Market) is the go-to spot for the Cubano you’ve been craving — and a side of yuca fries. Catering to the social audience of The Battery, El Super Pan also offers a late-night menu of empanadas, chicharrónes, burgers, fries, and of course, drinks.

The rooftop at Cinco Mexican Cantina, located just a few minutes outside The Battery, is the perfect place for an afternoon cocktail and delicious Mexican fare. The 21-and-up rooftop opens at 3 p.m. Friday through Sunday, offers a full menu, showcases live music, and serves fresh margaritas. Of the latter, the Aztec keeps it simple and fresh with tequila, lime, and agave. And as for food, don’t miss the ahi tuna totopos, served on crunchy tostadas with guacamole, sour cream, onion, and salsa. Or choose from a wide selection of other favorites like tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and more.

R&C Kitchen is like two restaurants in one. If you’re looking for a community pub vibe, serving English and American fare, head to the second floor to the Rose & Crown Tavern. If you’re looking for more of a fine dining ambiance, R&C Kitchen on the first floor is where you want to be. With social hour from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, featuring half-priced appetizers, $8 martinis on Tuesdays, and bottomless mimosa brunch on the weekend, there’s always a good time to visit R&C Kitchen. From steak to seafood, you’ll find something superb on the menu.

Tex-Mex is simple, fast, and always a crowd-pleaser — and Superica excels at all three. At CRÚ Wine Bar, you’ll find happy hour special every weekday from 3-6 p.m. This means you can — and should — get two orders of the goat cheese beignets for half price — thank us later. Grab a wine flight, order a charcuterie board, and enjoy sipping and seeing the lively atmosphere of The Battery. Happy hour at CRÚ is one of the top places to be before a Braves game, too, but just make sure to get there even earlier than you think you should, because the secret’s out on this one.
