Biography
Ontario Tillman was born in Bessemer, Alabama. Tillman graduated from Jess Lanier High School. He earned a B.S. in special education from Alabama A&M University, an M.Ed. in collaborative teaching from Alabama A&M University, and a J.D. from Miles Law School. Tillman's career experience includes working as a partner with the Maxwell Tillman Law Firm.[1]
