District 17 is my home. I was born and raised in Beaver County, and I’ve resided, worked, and governed in the North Boroughs over the last 16 years. I have a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and have run a small business for over 20 years providing leadership training services to businesses, non-profits, governments, and healthcare providers around the world including: Chick-Fil-A, Yeti, Duquesne Light, UPMC and Home Depot. I also served for 10 years on Bellevue Council, four as President, and was a founding member and eventual Chair of the Congress of Neighboring Communities (CONNECT) which encompasses the 40 urban core communities, the city of Pittsburgh, and all of Allegheny County. In that role, I saved county residents $1 billion by overseeing the largest real estate transaction in county history. I am also the founder and twelve-year member of Bonafide Bellevue, a Community Development Corporation, and I have served on several non-profit boards, including North Hills Community Outreach and Three Rivers Wet Weather. Finally, I currently serve as a faculty member for the Anstine Women’s Leadership Series where I invest in emerging party leaders. Overall, I have a proven track record of results in business and government.

  • Representing all the people of District 17 well, so they may practice their rights to Life, Liberty, & the pursuit of Happiness. Washington DC has become a pyramid scheme with bureaucrats, politicians, lobbyists, and special interest groups at the top and "we the people" at the bottom. Everything I teach about leadership professionally and believe about leadership personally is that we need to turn that pyramid upside down – the way it was always meant to be.
  • Bringing jobs & economic growth to the area by limiting government overreach. We are a resource rich region & could contribute to our country’s energy independence We have an abundance of opportunities for growth in the white- & blue-collar sectors. We have great universities, colleges, & trade schools in our district, & we need to provide equal funding & loans to those students who choose to enter the trades. I will promote this district as a hub for energy innovation. I will advocate for the State to reduce the corporate net income tax, provide state loans to offset costs of building on industrial sites, & streamline the state’s permitting process.
  • Commonsense for the Common Good: Abraham Lincoln once said, “A house divided against itself cannot stand.” For too long politicians have relied on fearmongering and identity politics to divide us. Faced with a global pandemic, foreign wars, and increased inflation, promoting an “us vs. them” mentality toward other Americans is foolishness. A united country is a strong country. We need to reestablish common ground and work together - that’s common sense.

My biggest goal is making sure the people of the 17th district are represented well in DC. I will advocate for policies that benefit the people, not the special interest groups & bureaucrats. I will fight to bring more jobs & economic growth to this district by limiting government overreach & regulation. We are a resource rich region that could be pivotal in our country’s energy independence. I am also dedicated to securing our borders, pursuing election integrity, curbing the national debt, & maintaining a strong national defense. I am pro-life & pro-2nd Amendment. I am committed to ensuring that we are governing by the Constitution & protecting our country from the socialist movement.

I, like many in our district, am sick & tired of the ineffectiveness of our current leaders in DC. They claim to represent us, but all they provide are a lot of promises & no results. That’s why, when the new congressional map encompassed the entire region I have lived & worked in for the last 15+ years, I felt called to get involved. In fact, I am the only candidate on either side of the ticket that has a proven track record of results & relationships in both Allegheny & Beaver Counties. Bottom line–I am running because I see a need, not because I want a position. Ultimately, it is my goal to represent the people of District 17 well, restore people’s trust in their public servants, & provide good leadership. Let’s get back to what matters most – pursuing common sense for the common good.
