|I was the Republican runner up last election cycle. I am running again, because as a father of 2 small children I am worried about the country our children will inherit. I have been a guest in many Conservative Media outlets in TV and radio due to my bold conservative views, all of which you can watch here: https://joseforflorida.com/news-1 I spent my entire career working in Hospitality Management. I currently work in Management at Disney World Resort in the Resorts division. I believe it's time we "Return the American Dream Back to the American People".
For more information, please visit JoseForFlorida.com.- Secure the Border: We need to secure our border and end illegal immigration immediately.
- Jobs & Economy: It's about time return the American Dream to the American People. We need to keep jobs in America, stop the reckless monetary policy that caused so much inflation, & promote American energy independence.
- Election Integrity: "A Republic if you can keep it", the famous words spoken by Ben Franklin. It is clear after 2020 that the strength of our union depends on Americans trusting our elections system, but we need an election system that Americans can trust. Congress has the responsibility of rejecting electoral votes from states that to not follow the Constitution for Federal Elections.
Once jobs came back, parents in my community were forced to vaccinate or risk losing their jobs again. Unlike my opponent who applauded these policies, I understand that my job will be to protect everyone else's job.

|I was born in New Orleans but grew up in my mother's native country of Honduras. Growing up in Central America, I was exposed to what a corrupt and failed government looks like. My experience there helped me foster a great appreciation for our Constitution and our rights as citizens. In Congress, I will stand up for our freedom and liberty.
I first came to Florida to pursue a Hospitality career and I currently work in management at Walt Disney World as a Resort Duty Manager. Most recently, I have been featured on Fox News, Newsmax and OANN as an outspoken critic of the direction the company's executives are taking. I have said repeatedly that I am not afraid of losing my job for voicing my opinion, but rather I am afraid of losing my country if I don't.
I attended an American K-12 school during my years in Honduras. I returned to New Orleans where I obtained a Management degree from the University of New Orleans and later a Master of Business Administration degree from Tulane University.

Protecting America: America has always been a beacon of hope for the rest of the free world, thus is unsurprising that we have become a magnet for immigrants from all over the world. Illegal Immigrants that seek a better life, yet ignore our laws, chip away at the values that attracted them here in the first place. It is imperative that we secure our border and end illegal immigration.
I learned a lot of from him about work ethic and entrepreneurship.

Campaign website
Castillo's campaign website stated the following:
“ |
Protecting our Jobs During the Pandemic Career Politicians like my opponent told us we were not allowed to open businesses or earn a living. The lockdowns nearly destroyed our economy & my district suffered with up to 33% unemployment. I am going to Congress to make sure this never ever happens again.
We need to let kids be kids. Our children should not be subjected to indoctrination by special interest groups.
Americans should not be forced to take a vaccine to keep their employment. Not only did my opponent support Biden's unconstitutional Vaccine Mandate, but he did so while receiving over $200K in donations from the Big Pharma, Insurance and Healthcare Industries.
We have a God given right to protect ourselves, our property, and our liberty.
We need Energy Independence and stop Joe Biden's runaway inflation.
We must protect and defend those that cannot yet fight for themselves.
We must continue to push for more Election Integrity.
My opponent asked the Facebook & Twitter for more censorship. I am going to Congress to fight for more Freedom & less Censorship
We need to make sure our military is ready at all times but send our troops to battle only when Congress declares war & the battle is absolutely necessary. Supporting our troops means supporting their families & our veterans.
Every year $40Billion is sent out of our economy and into Latin America alone. Illegal Immigration is simply not sustainable. We need to secure our border to make it harder to come to America illegally.
Washington politicians ignore the 10th Amendment which reads: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Any law that does not meet that standard needs to be repealed. Congress also needs to read the bill before they vote on them to prevent special interest from influencing our nation's laws.
Many were arrested during the lockdowns for simply practicing their religion. The US Constitution is clear & our Supreme Court was clear: "The restrictions at issue here, by effectively barring many from attending religious services, strike at the very heart of the First Amendment’s guarantee of religious liberty."[5] |
