Jerry Keen (b. April 1, 1950) is a former Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 179 from 2001 to 2011. He served as House Majority Leader. Keen did not run for re-election in 2010.
Biography
Keen's professional experience includes working as a Financial Services Manager with ABC Bancorp/The First Bank of Brunswick, Managing Partner with Triad Financial Associates and Consultant with Americans for Hope, Growth and Opportunity.
He is Chair of Board of the Eagle Ranch Home for Boys, State Chair of the Georgia Christian Coalition, Director of Georgia Parents for Educational Freedom, member of the Glynn County Chamber of Commerce and the National Federation of Independent Businesses.[1]

In 2008, Keen was re-elected to the Georgia House of Representatives District 179. Keen (R) finished with 10,907 votes while his opponent Leroy Dumas (D) finished with 7,380 votes.[2] Keen raised $321,975 for his campaign fund.[3]
