Willis (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Georgia House of Representatives to represent District 55. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Inga Willis was born and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.[1] Willis earned a B.A. from Howard University in 1998. Her career experience includes working as the vice president of brand and external affairs of Ed Farm, a keynote speaker with The Mogul Group, and an impact strategist.[1][2]

|Inga is an Atlanta native and life-long community servant who was born and raised in District 55. She’s dedicated more than 20 years to helping small businesses grow, working to elect Democrats to office and serving our youth and seniors. Like many residents of District 55, Inga cares for her senior parents and was a caregiver to her grandmother who lived to 102 years old. Inga understands firsthand that seniors and families need access to greater resources especially in light of current inflation. Inga is running because she believes “Everyone Can Thrive in District 55!”
Inga is a champion for diversity and inclusion. She embraces the rich culture, perspectives and experiences that span District 55 from Southwest Atlanta to Buckhead and all neighborhoods in between. Inga has a unique outlook having attended Trinity School, excelling at Atlanta’s Paideia School and graduating from Howard University, an HBCU. Inga doesn’t focus on what divides us, she is a bridge builder who unifies people to get things done.
Neighbors and community leaders recruited Inga to run to lead progress under the Gold Dome. She is the most qualified candidate in the race and Inga is ready for the job on day one!
