Voyticky was also a Republican candidate for District 57 of the New York State Assembly. The primary election was on September 14, 2010, and the general election was on November 2.

Voyticky ran in the 2012 election for New York State Assembly District 57. He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on September 13, 2012. He was defeated by Walter T. Mosley IIIin the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2][3]
