David Colston is a former Democratic member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing District 69 from 2010 to 2014. Colston did not seek re-election in 2014.

Colston defeated Barbara Evans, Eli Mack, Darryl D. Perryman and James Thomas in the June 1 primary. He was unopposed in the November 2 general election.[1][2]
