Connie Cooner Rowe (Republican Party) was a member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing District 13. She assumed office on November 5, 2014. She left office on January 2, 2022.
Rowe (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Alabama House of Representatives to represent District 13. She won in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Rowe resigned from the state House on January 2, 2022, to serve in Lt. Gov. Will Ainsworth's (R) administration.[1][2]
Biography
As of this writing, Rowe's professional experience included working as an adjunct instructor for the Alabama Peace Officers Standard and Training Commission. She served as a police chief from 2011 to 2014. Rowe also worked as a criminal investigator with the Walker County District Attorney’s Office for over 20 years.[3]

Connie Cooner Rowe defeated incumbent Bill Roberts in the Republican primary and was unchallenged in the general election.[4][5][6][7]
