I am frustrated with the Democrats abuse of Covid data and the Republicans lack of action on challenging the inaccurate science and data used to justify the State of Emergency in Washington State. I reached out to current leadership for 2 years to alert them on the Covid data issues from the Washington State Department of Health. I discovered these issues in the responses to a dozen public records requests I submitted. Seeing no action and no longer feeling represented by the current people in power I have decided to stop waiting for the politicians to act like leaders, and instead will run myself.

Elected Experience: None, I am not a career politician.

Other Professional Experience: 20+ years as a software developer. My current job involves data analysis and business intelligence. I also have extensive training in emergency management and emergency preparedness. 2010 to 2015 – Proudly volunteered with the Washington State Guard to serve and protect the citizens of Washington State.

Education: Doctorate in Computer Science Master’s in Homeland Security Master’s in Information Systems Master’s in Information Assurance Bachelor’s in Social Science Associate in Emergency Management Associate in Computer Programming Officer Candidate School Military Emergency Management Specialist

  • Per public records requests, Governor Inslee and WA Department of Health have misled you about the Covid data. They have screwed up the data beyond repair since March 2020 and then used that data to create scary looking charts to justify the State of Emergency, mandates, and lockdowns. There is no data and science to justify the ongoing State of Emergency.
  • The law needs to be reformed regarding the conditions to have an ongoing State of Emergency. The Governor is exploiting a loophole in the laws design. The Governor should be required to provide data to back up their reasoning for requesting a State of Emergency, that data needs to be publicly available so it can be verified, and then every 30 days the Governor needs to request an extension of the emergency. A supermajority of the legislature should be required to approve the extension.
  • Per public records requests, Public Health is misleading you on who is getting Covid, getting hospitalized from Covid, and dying from Covid. The Covid injections appear to be broken, because the majority of Covid illness and deaths in many counties, such as King County in Washington State, are the vaccinated. Public Health should be pursuing why this is happening – not hiding their head in the sand and constantly shaming and blaming the unvaccinated. The unvaccinated fired for not getting injected should be rehired and compensated for all the missed work time.

Governor Inslee and the Department of Health appear to have misled you about Covid data. See www.DrCliffordForSenate.com for video about the inaccurate data used to justify mandates. The Democrats are happy, this allows them to consolidate power. The Republicans have evidence but are shamefully silent.

Public records requests by me and others show: Due to irresponsible data collection techniques all Washington State Covid data since March 2020 is corrupted and unsuitable to be used for public policy; for 95% of cases it is unknown if they are true or false positives; different counties used different test sensitivities leading to incomparable inaccurate data; it is unknown how many Covid deaths there are because WADOH has been caught multiple times counting homicides, suicides, and overdoses as Covid deaths; in King County most cases, hospitalizations and deaths are vaccinated people, while children who are vaccinated are MORE likely to get Covid; and historical data is being altered constantly without any apparent change control.

The science and data used to justify the ongoing emergency do not exist. Ending the State of Emergency, the superstitious mandates, and reforming the law so that future Governors cannot abuse you needs to be priority one for your Senator.

The Scottish Author George MacDonald (1824-1905). He was a person who lived out his faith and life in an authentic, humble manner. His writings helped me through tough times when I was younger.
Politically, I respect Rand Paul and Thomas Massie's ability to stand true to their character and principles even in the face of often being in the minority facing a hostile crowd of people.

Mean what you say, say what you mean.
Do not desire power.

Make sure laws are constitutional. Do not try to game the system by forcing through laws known to be unconstitutional. Do not waste taxpayers money. Tax the citizens less. Be brave enough to offer counter-arguments to narratives even if you are the only voice doing so. Read the bills. Read and analyze actual science papers and data before passing laws using pseudoscience.

Take Back The Power by The Interrupters

The legislature creates constitutional laws and the governor executes laws where appropriate. The governor should not be dictating laws and mandates independent of the legislature.

First and foremost, undoing all the unilateral dictates the governor has pushed due to emergency powers. Secondly, avoiding this situation happening again until a fix can be put in place that will not allow future governors to abuse the law. Thirdly, I think there is great economic, emotional, psychological and physical harm that has occurred due the mandates. I am not sure this can be fixed purely by government alone, but it will be a great challenge for all citizens to overcome.

Unicameral state legislatures could cause laws to be passed quicker and with less debate. This is also it's drawback. I prefer legislatures to have a harder time to pass laws, so that enough thorough debate representing the widest variety of citizens can take place.

Yes. Creating constitutional laws that help our citizens is a team effort.

Districts should not cross county boundaries. Then it should be based on population and at a certain threshold, subdivide the county into smaller districts. This should be done without regard to any sort of census of political affiliation or preferred voting habits of the citizens.

I would like to be part of any committee that can challenge Department of Health data and review laws affecting how the state of emergency can be declared. I would also prefer to be on committees that give input into the Washington State Guard and homeland security / emergency preparedness.

At the federal level people of character and principle such as Rand Paul or Thomas Massie.

No. I do not want to be a career politician. I will volunteer to serve on a board or committee that takes volunteers if I can find one that suits my training and interests.

As a legislator I would host forums to hear stories from those people who have been harmed by vaccines and the Covid vaccine mandates, the people who lost their jobs to the discriminatory vaccine mandates, people who have been harmed by hospitals and physicians refusing to treat Covid early in the illness, and other citizens who have discovered Covid data issues.

Yes. Emergency powers should be renewed every 30 days and require a super-majority of the legislature to vote to extend it.

Compromising beliefs, character and principle is never necessary. Compromising on specifics often is acceptable, depending on each individual situation. Getting multiple perspectives from a variety of people on a topic can reveal gaps and ideas that a single individual might miss.
