Campaign announcement
A January 25, 2016, post on Chet Chance's Facebook page read as follows:
“ | My fellow Oregonians lend me you ear...............How long has it been since you heard that?
My name is Chet Chance and I'm going to be the next Governor of this Great State! I believe that with some hard work and perseverance we can bring this state to where should be. I will fight for the working person, the unemployed, and the homeless. I am tired for our constitutional rights being danced upon by the powers that be. I will face any issues that you or the government bring to my door step, and I will strive to make an informed, fair, and equally beneficial decision on said issues. I want to see more jobs, more benefits, and equal pay across the board. I will not make any promises that I know I can't keep, but the one promise that I will make is that my administration and I will do our best to make Oregon a better place to live, work and play. My name is Chet Chance and WITH YOUR help......I will be the next Governor of this Great State of Oregon. [3] |
