Archibald Williams (1801-1863) was a federal judge on the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.

He was nominated by President Abraham Lincoln on March 8, 1861. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 12, 1861, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on September 21, 1863. Williams was succeeded in this position by Mark W. Delahay.
