Sal's Wartwood Style Sandwiches (or simply Sal's) was a sandwich shop formerly founded and operated by Sal, an old friend of Hop Pop, when he moved to Newtopia. It was right next to the arcade though has since gone into disrepair.
Background[]
In "Little Frogtown", Hop Pop, eager to have a taste of Sal's sandwiches, is shocked to find Sal's dream restaurant in ruins. Thinking that there was foul play afoot, especially finding the old frog's discarded hat, Hop Pop seeks to locate Sal.
However, it turned out that Sal's sandwich business was failing and in order to succeed, he decided to market his special sauce, which soon began into a booming business and led him to found/own his factory, Sauce, Inc..
In "True Colors", Anne, the Plantars, Marcy, Frobo, Lady Olivia, and General Yunan hide in the abandoned sandwich shop after Sasha and Grime invade Newtopia with the help of their Toad Army. Once inside the shop, Anne and her allies devise a plan to free King Andrias and stop the Toad Army from conquering Newtopia.
