Hey! I am working on a old chicken coop, I already have 20 chickens plus 12 2 week old chicks, I intend to have a lot more, so space usage is very important, what is the best ways to utilize space and still have a cute coop? It's about 14 ×14 I think. Just looking for some good ideas.

Do a BYC Onsite search for shed coversion in the articles section, you should find quite a few articles with photos for inspiration.
