History

Scar was one of the many Flora colossi grown by the maddened Gardener using splinters from Groot. After eating an alien alive and stealing his spaceship, Scar and the rest of the Gardener's Flora colossi army took over the planet Telferina.

Growing to gargantuan sizes, Scar came into conflict with the Guardians of the Galaxy when they arrived on Telferina to put an end to the Gardener's madness. Scar tried to devour Groot when they came face to face, but Groot grew thousands of flowers until they bursted out of Scar, killing him.
