Kahhori, a young Mohawk woman, made a startling discovery: the Tesseract had transformed the Forbidden Lake in the Akwesasne into a cosmic gateway to Sky World. This revelation ignited a quest for her to uncover and harness her newfound powers, propelling her on a journey of self-discovery and understanding her place within the celestial forces at play. Guided by curiosity and a deep connection to her heritage, Kahhori embarked on a transformative odyssey, exploring her capabilities and the mysteries of the cosmos.
History
After Surtur ambushed Asgard earlier than anticipated, causing Ragnarok that obliterated Asgard, the Tesseract, housing the Space Stone, hurtled through the fabric of reality and landed amidst the lands of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy in pre-colonial America. Upon its crash into a serene lake, the Tesseract unleashed the potent energies of the Space Stone, imbuing the waters with mystical properties beyond comprehension.

During the late 15th century, the lives of a spirited Mohawk young woman named Kahhori and her brother Wáhta intersected with the ambitions of Spanish Conquistadors, led by the ruthless Rodrigo Alphonso Gonzolo. Their relentless pursuit stemmed from their insatiable quest for the mythical Fountain of Youth, resulting in them attacking their village. Driven to desperation and fleeing from the Conquistadors, Kahhori and her brother found themselves cornered within a cavernous refuge. Tragedy struck as the Conquistadors captured Wáhta and grievously wounded Kahhori, causing her to plummet into the enchanted lake. As her body submerged, the Space Stone, nestled at the lake's depths, activated, birthing a swirling portal that whisked Kahhori away to an otherworldly dimension.
Emerging amidst this ethereal realm, Kahhori was embraced by her Mohawk brethren residing in the "Sky World." Atahraks, a sage among her newfound companions, elucidated the lake's arcane nature, revealing that those who encountered its powers gained incredible abilities and immortality but forfeited their chance to return home. Settling into this enigmatic existence, Kahhori acquainted herself with both her newfound powers and the culture of the Sky World inhabitants.

However, the peace of this celestial sanctuary was disrupted when Gonzolo's relentless obsession led him and his men to plunge into the mystical lake, believing it to be the fabled Fountain of Youth. The Conquistadors were abruptly transported to the Sky World, unleashing chaos upon its denizens. Kahhori, now empowered and attuned to her abilities, confronted the interlopers, manipulating the very fabric of the sky to force the portal downward, enabling her to return to her homeland. Resolute in her determination to safeguard her people, Kahhori gathered support from her newfound allies in the Sky World and confronted the Conquistadors. With their combined might, they thwarted Gonzolo's forces and liberated the Mohawk community from the Conquistadors' clutches. In the aftermath of this conflict, Kahhori and her allies, bridging the realms, pressed Queen Isabella of Spain for reconciliation and peace with the Mohawk people.[1]

Amidst these events, a portal manifested and Doctor Strange Supreme emerged, acknowledging Kahhori's valor and expressing his quest to find her.[1] Unfortunately, Strange sought to capture her as he did to other dimensionally displaced universal killers and righteous heroes to feed them to the Forge, a machine he built to recreate his own destroyed universe. Kahhori managed to escape his grasp and flee to a universe where Hydra destroyed the world. Moments later, she was met with Captain Peggy Carter, who was sent by Strange to capture the "universe killer." Just as Strange teleported them back to the Sanctum Infinitum and attempted to imprison Kahhori again, Carter intervened by releasing other prisoners, starting a riot to keep Strange occupied while Carter and Kahhori sought to find and destroy the Forge. They succeeded; in the aftermath, The Watcher stated that he had returned Kahhori to her original world.[2]
