The creation of this reality, that sees its Asgardians more along the lines of Richard Wagner's Ring Cycle, Remains unknown. Though Thor wondered if the sword Raven's Eye once belonged to King Ludwig II, and that could his madness and love of Wagner's stories, warped what magic was originally in the sword to create this world. With that he wondered could the sword itself have the power to create this world, and have sent them there.[1]
Thor and his companions where sent to this reality when Wad grabbed the sword Raven's Eye from Loki. A reality where the Asgardians were warped by bloodthirst, their lust for gold, and raw power.[2]Points of Interest
