The Armory[]
A room where weapons can be purchased and customized at a discounted price, as well as Mk II conversions, Body Armor and Parachutes. Also contains a weapon locker.
Vehicle Workshop[]
A personal workshop that works similarly to the mod shops from selected properties, but features unique modifications for selected vehicles of the same update, such as armor plating, mounted machine guns and exclusive Imani Tech that allows either remote control or missile lock-on jammers.
Recording Studio[]

Franklin now facilitates assassinations and stock manipulation for clients much like Lester's Assassinations in Grand Theft Auto V, except the player now performs the assassinations and is paid a flat fee rather than using the stock market themselves. Fees paid include bonuses if the assassination is completed in the prescribed manner, but the player is free to kill the target however they please.

- Players will receive fewer phone calls. Players will see the addition of new map blips, markers and help text to replace phone calls.
- Daily Fees have been reduced and messages streamlined.
- The arcade game QUB3D has been added to the upstairs area of Auto Shops.
- Players can now alter the number of laps that must be completed in LS Car Meet Head-to-Head races. Rewards are increased for completing more laps.
- Players are now rewarded LS Car Meet Reputation for completing Auto Shop Contracts, Customer Deliveries, and Exotic Exports Deliveries.
- The safe capacity in Nightclubs and Arcades have been increased.

Trivia[]
- The update's main visual design is a nod to Dr. Dre himself, as evidenced by "THE CONTRACT" typeface on the logo with several decals, which are similar to the design on the cover of The Chronic, Dre's debut studio album in 1992.
- The update's unusual date of 15th December, which is Wednesday, whereas the GTA Online updates usually release on Tuesdays, is also a nod to The Chronic, because of the album's 29th anniversary.
- The song used in the announcement trailer for the update is "ETA" by Dr. Dre, feat. Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, and Anderson .Paak.
- The song used in the second trailer for the update is "Black Privilege" by Dr. Dre.
Oversights[]
- A common bug is that players may be stuck in an extremely long load screen when entering their Agency building. The loading times are not infinite but can take well over 20 minutes.
- This was patched in a subsequent hotfix.
- The Devin Weston hangar at LSIA has an unusually inconsistent glitch where some sessions will prevent access due to an invisible barrier; this glitch doesn't apply to everyone in the lobby, as some players are able to drive through the hangar while others may not.
- This glitch could be a result of the new closed-hangar state which happens during Don't Fuck With Dre at the same location.
- This was patched in a subsequent hotfix.
