This is unspoiled; a brilliant flood of light – a moment of crisp clarity and inspiration just before the finite restrictions of reality are considered.
This piece of perfection was spotted at an old favorite, {Lotta Agaton}, inspirational every single time.

Four hundred seventeen bulbs...
These lovely strings of light are seriously pulling at my heart strings. This delicate form of brilliance, Moondust, was created by Spencer Finch {for the Venice Biennale}. The installation involved 150 light fixtures and 417 incandescent bulbs. Maybe a smaller cloud of incandescence could settle over my dining room table?!?
{Thank you Apartment Therapy for featuring this drool-worthy art installation. Image from Galerie Nordenhake.}

Incandescent glamour...
These graceful {little} Chantal Crystal Drop Chandeliers from Graham and Green have filled my palette with inspiration; a long table sprinkled with these incandescent lovelies or a vignette with a handful of elegance would be perfection.

Garden charm...
Terrain is full of sweetness and charm in a perfectly understated manner. Here is a sample of their delights {both new and vintage} for your home and garden.
Mossy lichens wrapped delicately in an organic shape. {How perfect is that wallpaper taking center stage from the background?!?}
Avian allures in the form of twigs and an image too sweet to resist.
Concrete magnolia {seriously, concrete}.
These antique French baby bottles are a charming glass display.
Galvanized garden glamour {or a pretty and pragmatic rubbish pail}.
In case you have a bit of darkness to light up with a bevy of charisma...

Jayson's still charming...
Today my tiny mail slot was full of sigh inducing beauty, the new Jayson Home & Garden catalog {it seems wrong to call a visual delight of beautifully styled bliss and products a mere catalog};each glossy page is filled with more perfection than the last.
Here are a few things that are longing to live under my roof.
A charming Bee Specimen Box.
Bone china Farmers Market Baskets with a smooth and glossy finish to hold the season's sweetest pickings.
Functional and structural whimsy, the Workshop Cage Lights.
I want to collapse into the historical Gloria Chair.
Two sofas equally adorable and stunningly unique, the Angelica and Amalfi Sofa.

Refreshment from the barn...
There is a large, leaning, and heaping pile of glossy muses stacked on my table; mail order catalogues and a handful of magazines beckoning for my attention. I will {eventually} peruse every page, but for now - enjoy this tease. A refreshing delight from Pottery Barn, nothing exudes ambiance like ten globe light bulbs dangling from this Edison Chandelier.

Moroccan muse...
Lately the Kingdom of Morocco has been inspiring products that make me swoon. Here are a few products to ponder {and desire}...
Antique Moroccan Trays from John Derian Company.
A lovely peek at an antique tray paired with Moroccan inspired glassware from Tine K Home.
A versatile Moroccan Coffee Table from Cisco Brothers.
More muses from Tine K Home, intricate lanterns paired with amiable lounges.
Another lantern to brighten your space, the Tangier Hanging Lamp by Jayson Home & Garden.
Phillip Jeffries offers this Moroccan Wallpaper {in blue} to wrap your walls in exotic graphics.

Anthropologie 101...
A lecture series is in order. There are so very many swoon-worthy fascinations at Anthropologie these days. Where else to start than Anthropologie 101?!? First class - lighting.
The Halo Chandelier is, well, angelic.
This Washed Ashore Lamp is a breathtaking sculpture of reclaimed wood; imagine it graced with the All Around The World Shade. Simply lovely.
Function meets form in the Blazon Gleam Pendant; it will {eventually} have a gorgeous patina.
The Mechanic's Beacon Light is "aglow with both industrial charm and delicate grace."
If you prefer light with a shade of elegance, the Fluted Pendant Lamp will steal your heart.

Coy koi...
Koi fish make me swoon. Here are two pieces of white ceramic that bring me to my knees. From Brown Button Trading, the aptly named Small Koi Fish and Large Koi Fish.
I want them, but {arguably} I may actually need them. Will I ever again find the perfect companions to my Koi Fish Lamp from West Elm?!?
The horizontal surface of my flawlessly distressed dresser is oh so lonely...

Light up my life...
As I was leisurely flipping through the glossy muse of Elle Decor, the Shaw Pendant by the Urban Electric Company caught my eye. I yearn for design that combines industrial components with luxurious elements; this pendant provides the industrial component with grace.
The graphic designer trapped somewhere inside me fell in love with the Urban Electric Company logo, graphic perfection.
If industrial lines with a hint of glamour suites your space, Restoration Hardware has two great pendants combining function and shine, the Benson Pendant {left} and the Harmon Pendant {right}.

Encore, encore...
How could I overlook the feminine lines of this perfect lamp paired with the simple elegance of a Thomas Paul fabric shade? This piece is pretty enough just to look at, let alone be graced with an incandescent glow.
Thomas Paul has done Thomas Edison proud - what a way to deliver light.

Ecology and elegance...
Ecology, elegance, sustainable sources, artisans, organic, and living earth; all of these amazing components and descriptions apply to the philosophy of Viva Terra. Not only does this company stand for something beautiful, but they offer truly beautiful and unique products. Allow yourself to admire my favorite Viva Terra goods...
This Railroad Tie Dining Table is made from reclaimed railroad ties {teak, pine, and ironwood}. The waxed finish perfectly retains the history of each piece.
Brimming with character, this Reclaimed Pine Farm Table is made from raw materials {rafters and floor joists} harvested from gracefully aged barns in Wisconsin.
No table is complete without the perfect vignette of glassware. The handmade Porcelain Pear Vases {top} and Recycled Glass Balloon Vases {bottom} are both 'perfectly imperfect' and just right for holding a bloom or two of your favorite vegetation.
Here are two gorgeous options for a place to rest your head. The charming Farmhouse Bed is on the left. On the right, the Gustavian Vintage Bed boasts its classic Swedish design influenced by French neoclassical principles. Both beds are a vision of reclaimed Douglas fir treated perfectly to highlight the wood.
These chic Kalamkari Pillows are the culmination of hand-printed wood blocking with natural dyes and a modern view of antique patterns.
This Vintage Fir Modern Dresser displays the beauty of the same wood as the beds above, making lovely complimentary pieces. I am not usually one for matching bed suites, but when each piece is as lovely and unique as these, how can I disagree?
A few accessories you might fancy. On the left, the Whitewash Trophy Lamp would bring light to any room. On the right, this terra-cotta Laughing Buddha will surely bring a smile to your face.
Possibly one of my favorite finds at Viva Terra, this Vintage Grain Sack Rug is based on {not surprisingly} a vintage grain sack. The texture mimics burlap but allows for a more comfortable surface. Truly lovely!
Mirrors have long been used to reflect all things good in life. Bring a little shine to your space with this rustic Classic Floor Mirror {top} or the delightful mango wood Talisman Mirror Collection {bottom}.
And finally, though the next product doesn't belong on your walls, it is simply too pretty to be left out. Wooden beads covered with vintage scarves have never looked so delicious. Is it too late to ask for this Vintage Silk Scrap Necklace for Christmas?
