system improved.

Make at least 5 examples.

2.    Execute the workout program you designed in 4-5 minutes. Send the video online thru FB

Why do you need to perform flexibility and strengthening exercises to improve performance?
Explain.

Exercising our flexibility allows greater movement in our body which is significant to perform
better physically. Increased strength and flexibility can improve our aerobic fitness training,
muscular strength and endurance, and sport-specific training.
