REFLECTION:
Circuit training is a time-efficient,versatile, and be tailored to
individual fitness goal. In what we did, circuit training is so tiring
because we combine 5 exercises and each exercises is consist of
20 seconds and overall we did it for 200 seconds. It was a bit tiring,
but doing the exercises like the arm pulses up and down,
squats,fast feet and high plank overall, for me it was a good type of
exercises that can help our muscular endurance, strength and our
cardiovascular fitness. This kind of training is ideal for people with
busy schedule.
Interval training it’s highly efficient for improving our cardiovascular
fitness,boosting our metabolism and it can enhance our athletic
performances. In what we did for interval training, we do some
exercises like wall push-up, plank, step-up and the chair squat. In
interval training for me it was not too tiring even though we did it
like for 20 seconds every exercises. And also interval training is a
time saving type of training.
Continuous training is a good for building endurance and building
the stamina. For us, in continuous training we do the 3 minute run.
It was very tiring for me, because we have to run continuously for 3
minutes without pausing. This kind of training can help strengthen
our heart, lungs and our muscles that can lead to improved
endurance and stamina overtime. But this kind of training is not
good for people who have a heart problem because it is continuous.
And it is excellent starting point for beginners looking to establish a
regular exercise routine.
