Octavia the Bobcat is a musician bobcat that plays Rara music for the Tiana's Bayou Adventure attraction in the Disney Parks.
Background[]
Octavia plays the vaksin, a single-note horn instrument popular in Rara music. She’s an adventurous bobcat kitten, and she loves climbing and hanging out in trees almost as much as she loves performing. This daredevil almost never gets scared.
Development[]
An artwork of Octavia the Bobcat was revealed to be featured in the upcoming attraction at Disneyland and Walt Disney World's Tiana's Bayou Adventure. Therefore, the Imagineers are creating the animatronic of the bobcat to make her appearance in the attraction.

Octavia the Bobcat can be first seen in the "Gonna Take You There" sequence, where she can be seen playing her vaskin next to her grandfather, Pawpaw, right next to Tiana and Louis.
She can be seen one last time in the "Special Spice" final sequence where she can be seen sitting on a staircase pole of Fleur du Bayou, while playing her vaskin as Tiana and Naveen are hosting the Mardi Gras party.

Octavia can be seen on The Bayou Community Band poster outside the store.
Octavia can be seen on The Bayou Bobcats poster inside the store.
Louis' Critter Club[]
Octavia can be seen on the poster of the Stars of the Week featuring Gritty, Rufus, Beau, and Octavia outside the store.
Octavia can be also seen on a different poster of The Bayou Band Concert Series of Louis' Critter Club featuring Beau, Timoléon, Apollo, Phina, Octavia, and the All-Star Jazz Band outside the store.

Tiana's Bayou Adventure[]
Octavia the Bobcat could be seen playing Rara music with her grandfather, along with the other members of the Rara Fauna band as the narrator explained how his grandmother was from Haiti, and she knows how to play Rara music, as they clapped their hands, bob their heads to the joyful of drums, vaksins, and horns.
She could be seen one last time at Tiana and Naveen's home, Fleur du Bayou playing music on the balcony as Louis leads the band as Tiana was singing "Special Spice".
