Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in Zoo or Aquarium Berlin, but they are welcome at the Tierpark Berlin, further information here.

The conservation contribution supports 100 % the wildlife conservation program of Zoo und Tierpark Berlin „BERLIN WORLD WILD“. Please find further information here. The contribution is optional and can be deselected independently when purchasing.
Children under 12 years of age and any visitors who lack the necessary maturity or require permanent supervision due to a mental and/or physical condition must be accompanied and supervised on the premises at all times by an adult chaperone.
* Zoo and Aquarium Berlin must be visited on the same day and the site may not be left in the meantime. Please note that there may be waiting times when entering the Aquarium. Combined day tickets are available by 3 PM at the latest for the respective visiting day.
** Only valid in combination with a corresponding proof. The proof must be personalized, given a (valid) validity and issued by an official authority/institution. The proof will be checked at the entrance – please have it ready along with a photo ID. Visitors with a severe disability aged up to 15 receive free admission. The same applies to a person accompanying a severely disabled visitor with B/H note in ID (max. one accompanying person each).

Annual passes cannot be issued for third parties and are not transferable. Annual passes for children can only be issued in the presence of at least one legal guardian. The on-site annual pass booth is located at the Zoo‘s Löwentor entrance. Tip: Buy or extend your annual pass online and save time – further information here.
