Agroecology for safe school lunch
Program started in June 2025 – 2027 under the support by Agroecology Fund. The program design to help build capacity of AE farmers, develop on-line market linking farmers to schools in Chiang Mai Thailand and Lao Cai Vietnam and disseminate to policy levels. The project works with Community Learning Centers (CLCs) to facilitate AE training and mobile applications for farmers to sell their produce to school lunch programs. This program aims to improve foods safety, nutrition, food security, and preservation of local food culture of schools and local communities.
