Individual Learning Monitoring plan enables the

and guidance from the teacher are very needed. This involves a
plan and monitoring tool to oversee the development of the
intervention and most importantly the outcome or result of the
said intervention. This tool also identifies the progress of the
learner overtime.

A lesson exemplar is much detailed lesson


plan compared to weekly home learning plan. This is
being done on a week basis. The most essential learning
competency is present together with the performance
ANNOTATION and content standards. Most importantly, the IDEA part
is said laid out so that I can be able to present the
lesson in a more sequential and meaningful way which
enable my pupils to grasp the content and demonstrate
the expected learning outcomes.

Nowadays, learners experienced


difficulties in learning their lesson by them
selves. That’s why we teachers, extend our effort

Weekly Home Learning Plan is very essential that

It is one way of communicating to parents how the
lesson will be delivered to their child. It is necessary
that WHLP is being carefully plan and design that will
fit to the ability of our learner. And for parents to
easily know the flow of the lesson.

by the Department of Education. I learned so many
things in this training as I was able to apply it in my

We have faced a lot of adversities
since Covid-19 Pandemic arise. To elevate the
quality of education, we’ve done so much by
first improving ourselves. Learning Delivery
Modality Course made me realize how
important my efforts in attaining the desired
learning goals in this new normal.
It is very challenging to document
all the activities we’ve done because
sometimes it slipped our minds to capture all
the things we do. I am happy with all the
achievements I’ve made, especially in the
significant improvements of my learners. But
this will not stop me from improving my skills
in teaching so I can face all the challenges I’m
about to meet, and eventually, I can make all
my learners move to the next level equipped
with the necessary skills they need.

In my reflective summary, it is an in-depth

in implementing the LDM.
