    NARRATIVE REPORT
    As prescribed by DepEd MEMORANDUM 032, s. 2024 ENROLLMENT
    GUIDELINES FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2024-2025. Datu Edu Subel Memorial
    Elementary School, planned and initiated enrollment activities that will
    encourage the community of Sitio Pusot, Limulan, Kalamansig and nearby
    barangays.
    To begin with The learning institution of Datu Edu Subel Memorial
    Elementary School (DESMES) ensures to support the advocacy of DepEd
    inclusive learners where all the school age children in our community must have
    access to fair and quality education.This school year 2024-2025, enrollment
    started on July 22-26. During this period, We ensured that we have officially
    informed and encouraged our parents and guardian to enroll their children on
    time.

    The school posted enrollment information in the school campus and


    some other places in the community. On the first day of enrollment many
    parents came to school to register their children

    In addition, the school also established a help desk for enrollment


    at the school entrance to help all parents who are going to enroll their
    children. Every teacher has a grade level assigned for enrollment. Sir
    Razel Jay L. Artizona facilitate the enrollment for kindergarten and Sir
    Francis Paul L. Babayan grades 1 and 2, while Ma’am Almira G. Colot
    facilitate the enrollment for grades 3 and four. And Sir Joven Jungco, the
    School LIS coordinator facilitate the enrollment from grade 5 and 6.

    Also, the school conduct the house to house enrollment . Where


    every teachers walk around the community to gather more enrollees and
    encouraged them to enroll at Datu Edu Subel Elementary School.

    Finally, their hardwork was paid off as they gathered enough


    learners upon the opening of classess.Ten learners enrolled in
    kindergarten, seven in grade 1, sixteen in grade 2, eighteen in grade 3,
    eleven in grade 4, eleven in grade 5, and thirteen in grade 6, with the
    total of one eighty six.
