    II. RATIONALE

    The promotion of sports in school plays a vital role in developing


    sound and responsible students, such undertaking provides favorable
    conditions for enhancing unity, friendship, and camaraderie thus promoting
    goodwill among other athletes.
    Such, sports activities develop positive traits such as discipline,
    determination, efficiency, patience, hard work, and team building. It teaches
    students a deep sense of responsibility and tenacity in facing life’s
    challenges and prefers with the proper perspective.
