VISION
A club organized by internally and physically talented individuals whose mission is to spread
the word that every human being has their own special abilities.

MISSION
I. To boost one’s confidence in their own skills, despite any circumstances that
might occur during any events that they ought to facilitate.

II. To increase each persons’ creativity that might be causing their self esteem to
decrease.

III. To increase each persons’ awareness towards their own health.

Constitution and By - Laws

S.Y. 2019 - 2020

PREAMBLE
We, the members of MAPEH Club, do hereby establish this constitution in order that our
purpose be realized to its fullest extent.

Article I
NAME AND DOMICILE

Section I: This club shall be known as MAPEH Club.

Section II: The domicile of this club will be located at the ABB 304.

Article II
RIGHTS AND DUTIES

Section I: All the members of this club shall have the following rights:

Article III
COMPOSITION AND DUTIES OF THE OFFICERS

Section I: The officers shall be composed of Servant Leader, Bookkeeper, and

Trustee.

Section II: The Duties and Functions of the officers are:

 Servant Leader - shall give the general directions to the club members.
 Bookkeeper - shall keep the records of the club and documentaries; notifies
the club members when called to a meeting.
 Trustee - shall keep charge in collecting, disbursing, and auditing of the
club fund regularly for punctual submission to the ARSC Local
Treasurer.
Article IV
ELECTION OF CLUB OFFICERS
The procedure to be followed during the election of club officers is through appointment.

Article V
EFFECTIVITY

The constitution and by-laws of the MAPEH Club shall take effect immediately upon approval
by the members and the moderator.

Ms. Kezia lead the discussion about what will our club activities this December. Firstly Ms.
Kezia told us about the “jingle making contest” that our club needed to participate in, and she
announced the 15 participants that will be participating in the contest. Next, the chosen students,
made the lyrics for the the “jingle making contest”, while the other students went off for lunch.
After lunch, we memorized the lyrics and practice an intermission number for the lyrics that they
made.

DATE: September 18-21, 2019

EVENT: Intramurals S.Y. 2019-2020
THEME: “OLSHSians: Rising Together through sportsmanship Empowerment and
competence in sports”
VENUE: Our Lady of the Sacred Heart School

On September 18-21, 2019, the school’s yearly Intramurals was held. The Intramurals was
facilitated by the MAPEH Club Members together with their club moderator Ms. Kezia Keigh
Carpizo. The sports for this year are Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess,
Scrabble, Darts and the Game of Generals. These games have been participated by the students
starting from the Grade 4 to the Grade 12 students. These games were held inside the school
campus. The theme for this year’s Intramurals was “OLSHians: Rising Together Through
Sportsmanship Empowerment and Competence in Sports”

Day 1
September 18, 2019
During the first day, there was a morning assembly held in the Elementary Quadrangle that
lasted for 10 minutes. A few minutes after morning assembly, we gathered inside the school’s
chapel to hold the Holy Eucharistic Celebration.
