NAAC

1. Documentation as per guidelines of the appropriate authority from time to time.


2. Record keeping of all concerned data.
3. Preparation of presentation for the purpose.

BOS

1. Design and redesign of syllabus and introduction of new courses and specialisation.
2. Conduct meeting and record minutes.
3. Take appropriate action or implementation of minutes.
4. Persuing the work periodically and liason with higher authority for the purpose.

TRAINING AND PLACEMENT

1. Coordinate with central TPO cell of the Institute and the students.
2. Maintain records, CVs of the students.
3. Maintain a database of contact persons of different recruiting organisations.
4. Generate lead and arrange interviews in conjunction with centran TPO cell.
5. Arrangement and allotment of SIP.
6. Keep the detail record about these activities and communicate with admission, administration
and student affair committee on regular basis for this purpose.

STUDENT AFFAIR

1. Organise and supervise regular mentoring activities.


2. Organise regular meeting with the students to develop congeniality in the department.
3. Meet with the mentors and help them to execute their job smoothly.
4. Conduct PTM regularly.
5. Solve the problem of the students through discussion as and when required.
6. Motivate the students and align them with the Institutional and departmental objectives.
7. Handling student grievances.
8. Arrange for felicitation and other motivational activities for good achievers.

ALUMNI RELATIONSHIP

1. Explore, maintain alumni records.


2. Organise alumni events, reunions etc. For maintaining relationships
3. Generate placement and SIP lead and contacts from past students and communicate the
imformation with Training and Placement committee.

ADMISSION

1. Take all possible measure for better enrolment.


2. Organise promotional activities.
3. Counselling of prospective students.
4. Keep a constant liason with different persons of importance associated with admission.
5. Keep the detailed record of selection criteria, educational records of admitted students.
6. . make and execute year long admission activities.
7. Build and maintain the brand.

ADMINISTRATION

1. Work as a custodian of all files.


2. Prepare or get prepared differnt report for the smooth functioning of the department.
3. Prepare and execute different orders and circulars.
4. Generate different note sheet, orders, guidelines etc. Following the instruction of the
appropriate authority.
5. Maintain the confidenciality of all information.
6. Execute any other work assigned by the Head from time to time.

CRC

1. Make and execute year long strategy for relationship building with different corporate
organisation.
2. Keep contact informations in detail.
3. Explore the ways of value addition on the part of those organisations.
4. Organise events involving the Corporate authorities.
5. Explore the different consultancy projects and training programmes for extra revenue
generation.
6. Organise regular get together to renew and strengthen relationship.
7. Explore the possibility of getting funding from CSR and other funds.
8. Execute all the work to build up the branding of the department in industrial arena.

SEMINAR AND WORKSHOP

1. Organise different seminars, webinars, workshop and symposium etc on a regular basis.
2. Invite and arrange for academic discourse by different eminent external educationist.
3. Keet a detailed record, photograph and video of those events in detail.
4. Arrange for all activities required for perfect execution of all the above.

SPORTS & CULTURE

1. Organise the sports and cultural team.


2. Do regular meeting with those students and motivate the others to be apart of the movenets.
3. Make the students participate in all inhouse and most of the outside events of sports and
culture.
4. Arrange for prize and felicitation of the worthy contributor in this segment.
5. Keep detailed record along with photograph and videos of the events.

All the above committees will have one Convener and more than one members.

Each of these committees must organise a meeting in each quarter to review the activities.
