Hello. Let me introduce sth about myself. My full name is Bùi Thu Trang.. At
present, I am a second-year student in Faculty of English at Ha Noi Open
University and I get 9.0 English score in national University entrance exam 2021.
My strength in English skills is speaking, so my average score in English speaking
in the first and second term is A. Moreover, I am considered as Friendly, open-
minded, and sociable with colleagues, and I also have more chances to
communicate with oversea people since I was a little girl. In addition, I have
experience in teaching: I have became teacher assistance for 1 year and have taught
for 3 months. The next part is a topic. I decide to choose the topic: Talk about a
memorable experience in your life. And it is the time that I join in an event with
my father’s embassy and đin’t have my dad. About 4 months ago, my dad suggests
I join an event that has many people coming from many embassies to help me
improve my English skills At first, I have a little bit of consideration but after that,
I decided to participate in that event. Before the event took place,. I thought that
they weren’t friendly and I will be lonely at that event because I was a strange
person. In contrast, they were very friendly and help me a lot. Then, my shyness
disappear, and I could communicate with them more openly. And all the way I ride
a bike to the Ministry of foreign affairs, I always talked with an oversea person.
And throughout this way, I had to use English to talk with him. It was an
interesting experience I’ve ever had because it is not only overcome my shyness in
communication but also give me a great memory.

improve their health.
I rarely read newspapers or use devices to read articles about health, politics, or
law. But one day, when I used Facebook, I saw an article about health which
brings a lot of benefits to people about the advantages of drinking warm water with
honey every day. I read this article in meta.vn which is an online newspaper. As I
know, honey is put into tea to help it be sweeter. Besides that, it has many
important benefits for your health. Honey is considered a great ingredient in losing
weight because it consists of natural sugar, different from artificial sugar. Second,
honey helps you improve your digestive system because the antiseptic ingredient in
that can enhance your stomach from diseases related to your stomach. Third, it can
boost your energy. As far as I know, after a long night, when you wake up, your
body loses a part of energy making you feel tired or uncomfortable. Drinking a cup
of honey mixed with warm water in the morning aid you have an energetic day.
