My favorite food
My favorite food is salad. It is a simple dish made from fresh vegetables like
lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Sometimes, I add chicken or eggs. The dressing
is made from olive oil and lemon juice, so it tastes fresh and light. Salad is easy to
make, delicious, and cheap. It is also good for health because it has many vitamins.
A party I’ve been to
Yes, I love parties because they are fun and exciting. I went to my friend’s birthday
party, and it was amazing! There was good food, loud music, and funny games. We
played “Truth or Dare,” and everyone laughed a lot. We also danced and took many
photos. That party was special because I had a great time with my friends.

Reading is one of my favorite activities when I have leisure time. Books are always a

HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL
My favorite way of traveling is by airplane. It is fast, comfortable, and safe. I can
travel to different countries in just a few hours. I also love looking at the sky from
the window.
The most interesting holiday I had was in Da Nang. It was a beautiful and exciting
trip. I visited My Khe Beach, Ba Na Hills. I also tried delicious seafood and took
many photos. The weather was great, and I had so much fun with my family.
Next year, I think I will be working or traveling. Maybe I will have a job in a big city,
or I will take a trip to Ha Long Bay. I hope to have more time to relax and explore
new places.

HOME TOWN
I love my hometown. I am from Nghe An. In the evening, people can go to coffee
shops, restaurants, or the cinema. There are many nice places like Highlands
Coffee and galaxy cinema.
It is not very expensive to enjoy life here. A meal costs about 20,000 VND for
breakfast and 100,000 VND for lunch. People spend around 5-6 million VND a
month.
The place I like most is Tea Island in Thanh Chuong district. It is beautiful, peaceful,
and perfect for relaxing. Many tourists come to take photos and enjoy the view.

VOLUNTEER WORK
People volunteer to help others and make the world better. I have joined a group to
donate food and clothes to poor children. Many people also volunteer by teaching
free classes or cleaning the environment.
I have benefited from volunteer work too. During the Covid-19 pandemic,
volunteers gave free masks and food to many people. It was very helpful.
I have joined a volunteer group to help flood victims. We raised money, gave food,
and helped clean houses. It was hard work but very meaningful.

SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
I use the Internet a day. I need it for studying and working. I use it to search for
information, do assignments, and join online meetings.
The Internet is also important for my family and relationships. I use Zalo and Facebook to
keep in touch with my parents, friends, and teachers.
I think the Internet is very useful for my work because it helps me find information,
connect with people, and learn new things easily.
I don’t like playing violent games because they are too aggressive and stressful. I prefer
games that are fun and relaxing.

1- What are the most efficient ways to look for a job?
2- Which would you choose between a satisfying job and a well-paid one?
3- What are some common jobs for women in your country? Officers and sales
EMPLOYMENT
The best ways to find a job are using job websites, networking, and applying
directly to companies. Websites like VietnamWorks and TopCV are very helpful.
I would choose a satisfying job because I want to enjoy my work and feel happy
every day. A high salary is good, but happiness is more important.
In my country, common jobs for women are office workers, teachers, and sales
staff. Many women also work as accountants and nurses. These jobs are stable and
suitable for them
