8: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF STUDENT TEACHER

The Kapalong College of Agriculture Sciences and Technology (KCAST) was conducted a webinar for all
the graduating students of each program via Lark Conferencing on last November 8,2022 at exactly 8am
until 11am in the morning.The webinar series #7 b entitled “Duties and Responsibilities of student
teacher”. It started with an opening prayer lead by Ms. Dawn Estelle Ozaraga, followed by national
anthem and KCAST hymn.The master of ceremony Mr.Sean Joshua Arranges from BsedFilipino4A
department gives a very significant and powerful opening remarks lead by Mr. Jade Doloricon to
welcome the participants and the esteem resource speaker of the event it is Mrs. Rhoda N. Rosete.

The resource speaker introduce herself and it was a warm greeting from us. After she proceeded
to her discussion. She let us watch a short movie about the responsibilities of a teacher to her
students.Though it was a short movies but it was a nice movie and full of lesson behind it.An inspiration
to our teacher makes me realize how perseverance our teacher on their choosing profession how
creative they are in terms of they different strategies in their learning of different behavior of students
just to make we can understand and learned.Their long patience,love and wisdom and the one who
believe on ourself that we can make it better on ours.

Throughout the webinar it was a knowledgeable discussion because it help me to be prepared in


the field of education. It’s enlightened me as the same time it give me motivation to strived hard and to
be prepared on what circumstances I would be facing ahead.As what our speaker said students teacher
should be always prepared and knowledgeable when entering the classrooms and always make sure
that his/her students can learned and we also.It’s give me ideas what should I Do and Don’t when I
taking my practicum inside the school campus.Thus,students teacher should not to inistate to be guided
and to asked to her/his head teacher and give some ideas how to improved the demo teaching.When I
become a teacher I asked to my self. Am I ready to be part of this job.? And Yes, Im ready to face those
challenges because this is my choosing career and I must to endure it with love, determination and the
same time to be enjoy.
