Be guided by the task below as you do your physical classroom observation. Then accomplish the
matrix data below.
Guide Question Classroom Observation Report
1. Observe the teaching and learning process A. No type of distance learning delivery

Normal set-up. teacher since all the classes were conducted
in a face to face set-up.
A. The DLDM in the New Normal
Based on your observations, answer the given questions clearly and concisely below.
1. What are the advantages and disadvantages (the diverse learners, teaching-learning process,
the teacher himself/herself) of the type of DLDM your Resource teacher is using? Explain your
answer.
Since face-to-face teaching was used throughout my observation, I am unable to assess the
benefits and drawbacks of any DLDM. Face-to-face learning does, however, have advantages
and limitations, much like DLDM. With this setup, I've seen that children are more engaged
since they feel more at ease being in a typical classroom. Additionally, group activities allow
students to participate more actively, concentrate more, and maybe develop their
interpersonal and social abilities. The main drawback is that this requires more financial
commitments than distant learning does.
2. What are the digital skills present to your Resource Teacher? Which of these skills is worth
emulating? Why?
The resource teacher I interact with has a lot of digital abilities. She discussed the subject
using digital tools like a laptop and a television. She can efficiently teach the class thanks to
digital tools. Additionally, she searches the internet for some data that is essential to the
lesson. I think that all of his digital skills are admirable because they are all essential to
establishing or producing a favorable learning environment for the kids.
3. As a future TLE/TVE/TVL teacher, how can you become a digitally skilled educator? Propose
an initial plan you will do to achieve this.
A teacher must have strong digital literacy. Being digitally literate is important for many things,
including how to run a classroom, find resources, and receive the right professional
development. Even simple tasks like interacting with parents can be completed online. It's
crucial to comprehend what that entails and the various facets of digital literacy in order to
develop as a digitally literate teacher.
Which of the Fundamental Digital Skills for the 21st Century Teachers would you like to explore more
for your work as pre-service teacher next semester? Why?
It has become more crucial than ever for instructors to possess excellent digital abilities
due to the ever-increasing significance of technology in today's society. Fundamental digital
skills are those that enable people to carry out simple tasks and activities confidently and on
their own. These abilities are crucial for us future teachers.
Making interactive movies with software to engage students in discussion and make the
course more exciting for them is one of the core skills I'd like to explore more in depth the
following semester. Videos, in my opinion, are a fantastic tool for interactive instruction. Finding
the ideal program for this is the issue I have so far encountered. Additionally, videos are a
fantastic way to complement conventional teaching techniques.
My Artifact: Present a proposed plan to be a digitally skilled teacher. Present the sample DLDM of the
topic “Rhetorical Questions”.
Being a technologically savvy teacher is a terrific approach to stay current with societal trends. It might
be challenging to keep up with all of the new stuff that is being produced and distributed so quickly.
Teachers can more easily share ideas and knowledge with their pupils by using digital resources like
blogs and videos. Mastering digital tools can also assist teachers in monitoring the development of
their students. Here is an example DLDM lesson plan that can help teachers make the most of their
digital talents.
