SSG Resolution No. 04 S. 2019
A RESOLUTION ON THE INSTA-GREEN (Search for the Cleanest and Orderly
Classrooms and Cleaning Areas)
WHEREAS, this aims to promote camaraderie among students and instill the values of
cleanliness and orderliness among the students;
WHEREAS, every section will be assigned their cleaning areas of responsibilities;
WHEREAS, every classroom and cleaning area will be evaluated twice a week using the
validated checklist to assess the cleanliness and orderliness;
WHEREAS, the Top 3 winners will be determined and awarded at the end of the month;
WHEREAS, this will be started on the third week of the month of July;
WHEREAS, the transcripts of this resolution will be implemented upon its approval;
NOW THEREFORE resolve as it is hereby resolved that July 15, 2019 will be the
launching of the Search for the Cleanest and Orderly Classrooms and Cleaning Areas.
RESOLVED FINALLY, the body authorized the Secretary to transcribe this resolution and
distribute finish copies to all concerned.
Done this 27th of June 2019 at Ferdinand E. Marcos Senior High School, City of Batac,
Ilocos Norte.
