PRE-PLANNING CONFERENCE SCHOOL HEAD, HEAD MAY – JULY 2021  Through the cooperative efforts of

group came up with the priority
needs and innovative activities of
the school which will be presented
to the different organizations during
the Planning Conference for the
2021 Brigada Eskwela.
PLANNING CONFERENCE SCHOOL HEAD, HEAD JULY 28, 2021  The collaboration and coordination
TEACHERS, TEACHERS, STAKE between the school and all the
HOLDERS stakeholders were strengthened and
expanded. The principle of shared
responsibilities and governance was
fully experienced.
INFORMATION COMMITTEE ON ADVOCACY JULY – AUGUST 2021  Volunteers from different
DISSEMINATION/ AND MARKETING organizations and barangays came
ANNOUNCEMENTS in full force and exceeded the
number of volunteers who
participated even in the midst of
pandemic.
1 MONTH IMPLEMENTATION SCHOOL HEAD, HEAD  The success of the 2021 Brigada

F. LESSONS LEARNED

Well-coordinated efforts and shared responsibility especially in the decision-making are the factors that made Brigada Eskwela 2021 successful.
Cooperation, volunteerism, and excellent support among teachers, parents, and other stakeholders are great factors in accomplishing and frealizing
successful school programs and projects. Bearing in mind the welfare of our schoolchildren is like flaming ball of fire in every heart of the teachers and
stakeholders. The unselfish longing to help others are also known to everyone.

G. SUGGESTIONS TO STRENGTHEN BRIGADA ESKWELA PROJECT

In order to lessen the burden of the school in financing the different repairs and maintenance, the central, regional, and even the division office
should allocate funds to support the implementation of Brigada Eskwela to intensify its campaign for the maintenance and development of the school
facilities.
