 Briefly recount the history of Christianity and recite its creed;
 Explain the core teachings and practices of Christianity;
 Identify the varieties of Christianity.

Why am I learning it?


 Demonstrate understanding of the elements of Christianity;
 Analyze the concept of Holy Trinity;
 Distinguish the Judaism from Christianity.

How will I know when I have learned it?


 Interview a Christian parent or couple on why they are Christians and what beliefs and practices they
adhere to.
 Interpret the Parable of Prodigal Son
 Recite the Apostle Creed, The Lord’s Prayer or Beatitudes

respond verbally or chat or collaborative board. This will serve as bonding between the

1. What is the story about? ( money, wild living, stubbornness, forgiveness, anger)
2. Who wants his share of the family inheritance?
3. What does the younger brother do with his money?
4. When he returns, how does his father greet him?
5. Are these the same qualities you find in God as Father?
6. What does the father do to make the son feel at home?
7. Why does the older brother get angry?
8. Do you think he was justified for being upset that his brother got a party?
9. What was the father's message to the younger son?
10. What was the father's message to the older son?
11. Was this a case of unconditional love?
12. If you were the older brother, what do you think the father should have done to your
brother?
13. Why did the older brother think the younger brother should be punished?

 MONDAY
The students will conduct an interview on a Christian parent or couple on why they are Christians
and what beliefs and practices they observe. Make sure that they observe privacy act law of 2012 on
conducting the activity. (No face to face interview allowed). They are going to share it in the class.

ASYNCHRONOUS (T)

 TUESDAY
The learners will memorize and will recite the Apostles Creed, The Lord’s Prayer or Beatitudes on
upcoming sessions.

CORE VALUES INTEGRATION

 FRIDAY
INTERVIEW A CHRISTIAN PARENT OR COUPLE CHRISTIANS: what beliefs and practices they
observe. Make sure that they observe privacy act law of 2012 on conducting the activity. (No face to
face interview allowed), the teacher will integrate and explain the core values that has connection to
the activity.

The Passion of Christ upon sharing its views on the motivational activity.
o Understanding of the importance of Teamwork in unlocking concepts in the
interactive discussion.

The learners will recite the Apostles Creed, The Lord’s Prayer or Beatitudes on upcoming sessions.

REMINDERS:
 November 16 – giving instructions to read module 5 and reminding to modular students to submit
their module 4 (hard copy or soft copy)
 November 19 – Deadline of submission for module 3 and giving instructions to (online/modular
class) to review their lesson from module 1 to 5 as the coverage of their upcoming Assessment test.
 November 29 and Dec 1 – First Quarter Summative Assessment Test.
