    Schedule of Distribution

    Monday: Distribution of modules, worksheets, and other learning materials.


    1. Parents/guardians are requested to come and get the modules.
    2. Parents/guardians where signed the attendance sheet upon getting the printed modules as evidence that
    he/she recieved.
    3. Instruct the parents/guardians to return the printed modules every Friday together with the notebooks.

    Friday: Collection/retrieval of printed modules.


    1. Parent/guardian signed the attendance sheet during retrieval of printed modules.
    2. Summative test will be given to the parent/guardian after the retrieval of printed modules.
    3. Summative test will be returned on Monday during distribution of printed modules.
