8. Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
9. Responsibilities of Management (ROM) including Legal
/Statutory compliance
10. Facility Management and Safety (FMS)
11. Human Resource Management (HRM)
12. Information Management system (IMS)
13. Implementation Guidelines, Documentation & How
to apply

11. Assessment preparation and post-assessment closure of

PROJECT/ PRESENTATION
PREPREATION 3 hours
WRITTEN EXAMINATION:- 2 hours
Total Days & duration of Course:
Saturday(Half days i.e – 4 hours) - 48 hrs
Distribution of Hours:-
23 hrs allotted – For theory lectures
20 hrs allotted – For practical sessions
3 hrs allotted – For power point presentation of projects
2 hr allotted- Written examination :- with 100 marks
Exam pattern (Assessment Methodology):-

Internal assessment (Marks) - 50
Project assessment (Marks) - 50
Final assessment written (Marks) - 100
For passing 50% marks are essential
In case participant does not secure desired marks;
Additional examination after one month will be conducted.

Second time failure, has to appear in next year batch.
For final assessment, there will be two examiners, one – internal and one -
external.
