ANNOTATION I always contact my pupils and parents for feedbacks and follow-
ups. I gave simple examples and explained to them clearly. I also
developed instructional materials for Grade 2 pupils like worksheets
and reading materials to improve their reading comprehension that
is suited to the level of the learners.

ANNOTATION Because of the nature of their work some parents cannot

get the modules of their children on time. Others live so far
from the school while some live with their grandparents or
guardians. This pandemic thought too much challenges
for the pupils to continue their education. To address the
needs of the pupils regarding this problem I created group
chat in messenger to connect with them.

Do you feel that this collection of work really reflects your
IMAGE abilities and what you have achieved this year through the
LDM course? Why or why not?
LDM Course helps us to assess our strengths and

weaknesses. This helps us to gain knowledge, skills, and
mindset that are necessary in this new normal set-up. It
helps us to ensure the quality of learning that we will
provide to our learners despite of pandemic. At first it is
difficult but, we need to cope up with the challenges in
order for us to survived. These changes gives an
opportunity for us to learn more, to be more creative and
flexible in implementing different learning modalities.
ANNOTATION Based on my reflection, it shows that I have a meaningful

experiences of the things to improve my abilities and
weaknesses.
