ANNOTATION One of the things I am considering in preparing my lesson is


the individual differences of my learners. That is why I am
providing different assessments and instructions for them.
And the most important thing I always bear in my mind in
preparing, is the alignment of my lesson.

ANNOTATION Though the modality we used in our school is modular distance


learning. I always make a performance tasks where they can
showcase their creativity ( drawing, coloring, collage, mosaic), skills
( reciting poem, singing, dancing). I search video lesson from DEP-ED
TV and sent it in our GC as their reference especially if they don’t
get the lesson explained in their modules.

TION Distance learning is indeed new and hard for all of us.
That is why attending webinars, and conducting

Do you feel that this collection of work really reflects your
IMAGE abilities and what you have achieved this year through the
LDM course? Why or why not?

When I first heard and read the artifacts in this LDM


PRACTICUM. I was a little bit confuse. My question is
“ where will I get this artifacts? “ But through reading and
reading all over again the course, I soon realized that it is
not hard. Most especially if I know have documented all
the required artifacts. As I begin to made this , I see the
progress of my students, myself and I can’t help to think
and look back how this school year began. And I said to
myself “ Look, how far I went and how good I become” .
Seeing these artifacts sparks a joy in my heart because I
can also see in this the fruits of my labor for the school
year. The fruits of what I sow in my students and parents.
And the fruits of this new normal.
I learned in this LDM course the consistency and how
to be persistent in every beginning you made or you had.
This course gave me tons of learnings when it comes to
addressing the difficulties of my learners and giving
solutions to problem of this school year.

ANNOTATION Based on my reflection I can see and say that I learned a


lot from this course.

ANNOTATION One of the ways to monitor my learners progress is


conducting online kamustahan with the parents
once a week . During online kamustahan I give a
feedback and recommendation s to the parents
regarding with their child’s academic status.

ANNOTATION I consistently communicate to my learners through text,


calls and chats. I sometimes meet them via video call
messenger to monitor their accomplishments and

ANNOTATION Our colleagues is one of our support systems in this time of


new normal. Having a GC, non stop meetings, and
collaboration with them helps me understand better all
the things that’s going on in everyday life of being a
teacher. GCs helps us to easily disseminate needed
information, raise some of our concerns and to have a
quick brainstorming to address the issues of our learners.
