25 teachers and 6 student interns from Sta. Irene National High School attended a Christmas party for teachers organized by the local government of Prosperidad and the Department of Education. The party was held on December 16, 2010 at Prosperidad Gym and included teachers from elementary and secondary schools in Prosperidad. The event included introductions of schools, parlor games led by principals from two schools including Sta. Irene National High School, and snacks. Teachers had fun competing in games and socializing at the successful event.

NARRATIVE REPORT ON TEACHERS’ CHRISTMAS PARTY AT PROSPERIDAD GYM

Creating smooth environment between employer and its employee is very


significant to achieve unity in an organization. With this, the Local Government of
Prosperidad and the Department of Education had organized a program to celebrate the
spirit of oneness wherein varied schools were invited to attend the said program. The
program was held on December 16, 2010 at Prosperidad Gym, Poblacion, Bah-Bah,
Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur. .

Sta. Irene National High School teachers never failed the invitation. There
were 25 teachers and 6 student interns headed by the school principal, Mrs. Avalota A.
Cejas.who attended the program. They arrived at 1:00 PM in Prosperidad Gym, Poblacion,
Bah-Bah, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur. The program started around 1:30 P.M. and was
witnessed by different schools coming from elementary and secondary in the municipality of
Prosperidad. The principals led the introduction of their schools through yells and jingles of
their teachers which made the event livelier.

After the opening program, parlor games were initiated by Mrs. Aracelie
Japon, the principal of Los Arcos National High School and was assisted by the school
principal of Sta. Irene National High School, Mrs. Avalota a. Cejas. While some teachers
started to share and take their snacks, others joined the game. They had a lot of fun while
watching how they actively participated and competed other schools in the game.

The activity ended at 4:40 P.M. It was a successful event wherein teachers
had so much fun.
