Terms and conditions:

1. The rates are valid for a period of 30 days only
2. The product is made of natural material and bound to have variations in grain and colour which is its characteristic. However wood is graded to achieve a reasonable consistency and shall not be rejected for such reasons.
3. The rates quoted are based on sizes and quantities furnished by the client and are subject to change in the event of variation in sizes or quantity.
3. Order shall be processed after joint site measurement and approval by client representative. Site measurements shall be taken for all doors together and not in parts and will assume the least dimension in width/ height/depth in each category. In case of major variation and if different sizes hav
extra charges shall be applicable @ of Rs 3000/ door. Engineer-in-charge shall sign off to process the order.
4. All items shall be fully completed at our factory in all aspects including polishing and shall be packed and delivered after inspection and approval by client representative. Items once delivered shall not be accepted for return.
5. The rates include delivery at site including loading and unloading for delivery with the limits of greater Hyderabad municipal corporation region.
6. Hardware supply is not included in the quote but installation of hardware is included. Hardware supply is optional and in the event of client supplying hardware , representative samples with one set signed by both parties shall be deposited with client and another set provided for purpose of pr
7. Installation shall include necessary hardware for fixing such as anchor bolts, PU foam and other consumables required to complete the job.
8. Client shall provide safe storage area at site for storage of material and it shall be responsibility of the client to protect the material from any damages
9. Client shall provide electricity free of cost for installation.
10. Client shall provided hoist or lift for transporting the material to different floors if the no. of floors exceed five floors. If the staircase doesn’t permit transportation of material to the different floors client shall provide chain pulley arrangement.
11. The products are warranted for a period of 1 years from date of installation. Warranty is applicable to manufacturing defects and does not apply to weathering of polish, malfunction of hardware and to any defects arising from wilful or accidental damage, wear & tear, misuse, scratches or cau
control.

Payment and Delivery Terms

1. Advance 60 % along with confirm purchase order
2. Balance 40 % before delivery
3. Installation amount to be paid on completion of installation of frame and doors at site
4. Delivery time – 75 calender days from the date of joint site measurement and approval by client representative
5. The delivery shall be done in one or two consignment only. Multiple order processing shall be charged extra.
6. The client shall provide front for taking site measurements for production within a maximum of 90 calender days form the date of purchase order. The rates shall be revised in case of extension.
7. Goods once finished shall be stored in our warehouse for a period of 30 calender only. In the event of the extension of the period charges of 2% of the order value for every 30 calender days is applicable.
8. Installation charges quoted are valid for a period of 270 calender days from the date of purchase order
9.Taxes- GST applicable @ 18%
